 Hidangan Menu kali ini adalaha Resep Sayur Asem Praktis Dan Lezat, masakan ini sangat banyak di gemari oleh masyrakat indonesia karena masakan ini bergizi dan juga sehat,
yah langsung saja di simakk yukkkz.........

Bahan Bahan :
  • Tulang sapi 1/4 kg
  • 2 Ons kacang tanah, 1 ikat kacang panjang
  • 1/2 biji terong, 2 ikat so, 1sdt kemiri, jagung yang muda,dan asem tentunya.

Bumbu Halus :
  • 6 biji bawang merah, 4 siung bawang putih
  • Asam, daun salam, laos
  • Garam dan gula merah

CARA MEMASAK
  1. Rebus tulang sapi dan ambil kaldunya saja
  2. Tumbuk semua bumbunya
  3. kemudian tuangkan ke dalam kaldu tadi dengan diberi kacang tanah, gula merah, garam, daun salam, laos,serta asemnya
  4. lalu Masaklah sampai empuk kacang dan jagung yang sudah diiris, kemudian masukkan kacang panjang dan terong, daun so
  5. Masaklah lagi hingga empuk lalu masukkan asemnya.

Resep Bistik Daging kali ini merupakan resep asli Keraton Yogyakarta. Bistik Daging adalah salah satu masakan favorit Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono VIII dan IX. Jangan bayangkan cita rasa steak dari hidangan ini. Cita rasa khas Jawa yaitu manis, terasa sangat kental dengan penggunaan kecap manis yang cukup banyak (bagi yang kurang suka cita rasa manis, pemakaian kecap bisa disesuaikan tergantung masing-masing selera). Bistik Daging ini biasanya disajikan bersama Ongklok Kentang (salah satu resep Keraton Yogyakarta).
Resep Bahan Bistik Daging :
  • 250 gram daging cincang
  • 4 butir telur
  • garam secukupnya
Resep Bahan Saus Bistik Daging :
  • 3 sendok makan margarin
  • 8 buah bawang merah, iris halus
  • 300 cc kaldu
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1/2 sendok teh pala bubuk
  • 5 sendok makan kecap manis
  • garam secukupnya
Cara Membuat Bistik Daging :
  1. Campur daging bersama telur dan garam, aduk rata. Tempatkan dalam pinggan tahan panas, lalu panggang dalam oven hingga matang.
  2. Saus : Panaskan margarin dalam wajan, tumis irisan bawang merah hingga harum. Masukkan kaldu. Tambahkan merica, pala, garam, dan kecap manis. Masak hingga mendidih. Angkat.
  3. Siram bistik daging cincang dengan sausnya. Hidangkan bersama Ongklok Kentang.

BAIKUT ASEM MANIS






BAHAN :
1 kg baikut, bersihkan1 batang seledri, potong 2-3 cm1 batang daun bawang, potong 2-3 cm1 buah wortel, iris-iris
5 kuntum kembang kol
10 buah sugar snap (ga pake)2 sdm margarin utk menumis3 sdm saus tomat (gua pake 4 sdm)2 sdm gula pasir5 siung bawang putih, cincang halus

Bahan buat rendaman :
1 sdm makan bubuk bawang putih1 sdm makan arak1 sdm kecap asin
2 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt soda kuemerica dan garam secukupnya

Bahan balutan :
1 butir telor, kocok lepas100 gram tepung sagu.

CARA MEMBUAT :
Rendam semua bahan dengan baikutnya, biarkan selam 1 jam (lebih lama lebih bagus dan meresap),tiriskan.

Setelah itu masukkan telor yang sudah dikocok. Gulingkan diatas tepung sagu hingga daging baikut terbalut semua.

Goreng dengan minyak sampai kecoklatan, tiriskan.

Tumis bawang putih dengan mentega sampai wangi, masukkan semua sayur, biarkan sebentar setelah itu masukkan saos tomat dan terakhir masukkan baikut goreng.

Aduk hingga baikut berbalut dengan bumbu.

Angkat hidangkan hangat

Lumpia kering merupakan salah satu makanan yang digemari di Indonesia. Makanan ini aslinya berasal dari negara Cina. Selain di Indonesia, ternyata makanan ini juga sangat populer di Filiphina. Adapun jenis makanan ini memiliki isi yang bermacam-macam tergantung selera masing-masing. Jenis lumpia ini pun dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu lumpia basah dan, yang akan Resep Masakan Ta' bahas kali ini, resep lumpia kering.
Untuk Bahannya:
  • Siapkan kulit lumpia secukupnya
  • Daging ayam rebus yang telah disuwir-suwir secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya:

COTO MAKASAR




Bahan:
1 kg daging sapi bagian sengkel (yang empuk itu, bilang aja ama abang2 di pasar, pasti pada tau..)
1/2 kg paru (digoreng, pisahkan, masukin toples)
2 liter air cucian beras/tajin
5 batang serai, memarkan
5 lembar daun salam
250 gram kacang tanah, goreng, haluskan
3 sdm minyak goreng, untuk menumis
5 cm jahe, memarkan
1 ruas lengkuas, memarkan




Bumbu yg dihaluskan: 
10 siung bawang putih
8 butir kemiri disangrai
1sdm ketumbar disangrai
1 sdt jintan disangrai
1 sdm garam
1 sdt merica butiran.

Pelengkap:
bawang goreng
irisan daun bawang
irisan seledri

Sambal tauco:
- Haluskan 10 buah bawang merah, 5 siung bawang putih, 10 buah cabai keriting yang direbus sebentar.
- 100 gram tauco yang ditumis dengan 6 sdm minyak goreng hingga matang, tambah garam dan gula merah secukupnya. Campur sama bahan yang udah dihaluskan barusan.

Cara membuat:
1. Kalo pake babat atau hati, rebus terpisah hingga lunak, angkat, tiriskan, potong dadu.
2. Rebus daging sapi bersama air tajin, serai, lengkuas, jahe, dan daun salam. Setelah matang angkat, tiriskan, potong dadu.
3. Panasin minyak, tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum, masukkan ke dalam kaldu,tambahkan kacang tanah goreng, didihkan.
4. Penyajian: Siapkan mangkuk, isi dengan daging dan ati dan babat dan juga paru yg dari toples tadi. Taburi bawang goreng (enaknya banyak2), irisan daun bawang dan seledri, sajikan dengan ketupat dan sambal taoco.
5. Sajikan hangat.

Resep Rendang Padang


Bahan bahan yang diperlukan:
  • 1 ½ kg daging sapi segar
  • 12 gelas santan dari 3 butir kelapa yang tua
  • 2 biji asam kandis
  • 2 lembar daun jeruk purut
  • 1 batang serai, dimemarkan dulu
  • 1 lembar daun kunyit
  • Garam secukupnya
Bumbu rendang yang dihaluskan:
  • 1 ons cabe merah segar
  • 15 buah bawang merah
  • 6 siung bawang putih
  • 5 buah Kemiri
  • 2 cm Jahe
  • 3 cm laos, digeprek saja
Cara membuat rendang padang asli:
  1. - Pertama Daging dipotong potong sesuai selera.
  2. - Ambil wajan rebus santan dengan bumbu-bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan tadi, masukan juga daun-daunan dan asam kandis.
  3. - Aduk Aduk terus sampai mengental supaya si santan tidak pecah. Jika sudah mulai mengeluarkan minyak, silahkan masukan potongan daging

SIOMAY

Siomay

Bahan :

1/2 kg ikan tenggiri dikerat dengan sendok garpu
1/4 kg daging ayam giling
2 ons tepung sagu tani
10 siung bawang putih
1/2 sdt lada
1 butir putih telur ayam
1 sdt minyak sayur / minyak wijen
daun seledri
daun bawang 
garam dapur secukupnya
kulit somay ( kurang lebih 30 lembar)
air es secukupnya

Cara membuat:
Campur daging ikan tenggiri , putih telur dan daging ayam giling.
Masukkan bumbu tumisan bawang +lada, campur hingga rata.
Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit, campur hinga rata.
Tambahkan irisan daun bawang + daun seledri, aduk.
Tambahkan pula minyak sayur / minyak wijen, aduk kembali hingga tercampur rata.
Terakhir tambahkan tepung sagu sedikit demi sedikit hingga rata.
Adonan somay telah siap untuk dicetak. 

Cara melipat adonan somay dalam kulit somay:

1. ambil kulit somay
2. Isi kulit somay dg adonan







3. lipat kulit somay yang telah diisi adonan, dorong dari bawah , hinnga adonan menyembul keluar dari kulit somay.
4.somay telah siap dikukus

Siomay Fish

ingredients:

1/2 kg of mackerel cut off with cutlery
1/4 kg minced chicken meat
2 ounces of corn starch farmer
10 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
1 whole chicken egg white
1 tsp vegetable oil / sesame oil
celery leaves
chives
salt to taste
siomay skin (approximately 30 pieces)
water ice to taste

How to make:
Mix the mackerel fish meat, egg whites and minced chicken meat.
Enter stir onion + pepper seasoning, mix until blended.
Add water little by little, mix hinga average.
Add sliced ​​green onion + celery, stir.
Also add vegetable oil / sesame oil, stir again until well blended.
Finally add the corn flour little by little until blended.
Siomay dough is ready to be printed.

How to fold the dough in the skin siomay :
1. leather grab siomay

2. Fill dough with leather siomay

3. siomay skin fold the filled dough, thrust from below, until dough siomay poking out of the skin.

4.siomay been prepared steamed
