Resep Membuat Tempe Bacem
Bahan Membuat Tempe Bacem:
- 2 papan tempe, dipotong ukuran 5x6 cm
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 1 potong lengkuas, memarkan
- 500 cc air/air kelapa
- 50 cc minyak goreng
Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
- 1 sdt ketumbar
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdt garam
- 1/2 sdt asam
- 1 sdm gula merah
Cara membuat:
- air kelapa, daun salam, lengkuas dan bumbu halus dimasukkan ke dalam panci. aduk rata
- masukkan tempe, rebus sampai airnya habis dan tempe matang
- goreng tempe sampai matang

2 cloves of garlic

coconut water, bay leaves, ginger and spices put in the pot. stir
enter tempeh, boiled until the water out and cooked tempeh
tempe fry until cooked
