Ayam Nanking



RESEP AYAM NANKING

Resep ini untuk 3 Porsi
Lama memasak kira-kira 45 Menit

Bahan:
- 1 buah Dada Ayam Fillet, iris melebar
- 1/2 sendok teh Garam
- 1 sendok teh Kecap Inggris
- 1/4 sendok teh Merica Bubuk
- Minyak Goreng untuk menggoreng

Bahan Isi:
- 150 gram Ayam giling
- 100 gram Udang Giling
- 1 butir Telur Ayam
- 1 sendok teh Garam
- 1/4 sendok teh Merica Bubuk
- 1/4 sendok teh Pala Bubuk
- 1/2 sendok teh Kecap Inggris
- 1 sendok makan Tepung Roti

Bahan Pelapis:
- 75 gram Tepung Panir

Bahan Saus:
- 2 siung Bawang Putih, cincang halus
- 1/2 buah Bawang Bombay, iris panjang
- 100 gram Kacang Polong
- 1 sendok teh Garam
- 1/4 sendok teh Merica Bubuk
- 1/2 sendok teh Gula Pasir
- 1 1/2 sendok makan Kecap Manis
- 1 sendok makan Kecap Inggris
- 300 ml Air Kaldu Ayam
- 2 sendok teh Tepung Sagu, larutkan dengan 1 sendok makan Air
- 2 sendok makan Minyak Goreng untuk menumis



Cara Membuat:
1. Lumuri ayam fillet dengan garam, merica bubuk dan kecap inggris. Diamkan selama 1 jam dalam lemari es.
2. Aduk rata bahan isi, oleskan di atas ayam fillet. Kemudian lumuri ayam dengan bahan pelapis.
3. Goreng Ayam dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan di atas api sedang hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
4. Saus: Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukkan garam, merica bubuk, gula pasir, kecap manis dan kecap inggris, aduk rata. Tuang air kaldu ayam, didihkan. Tambahkan kacang polong, aduk rata. Kentalkan dengan larutan tepung sagu. Masak sambil diaduk hingga meletup-letup.
5. Sajikan ayam bersama sausnya.

How to Make:
1. Marinate chicken fillet with salt, pepper and soy sauce english. Let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
