Resep Lumpia Kering
Lumpia kering merupakan salah satu makanan yang digemari di Indonesia. Makanan ini aslinya berasal dari negara Cina. Selain di Indonesia, ternyata makanan ini juga sangat populer di Filiphina. Adapun jenis makanan ini memiliki isi yang bermacam-macam tergantung selera masing-masing. Jenis lumpia ini pun dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu lumpia basah dan, yang akan Resep Masakan Ta' bahas kali ini, resep lumpia kering.
Untuk Bahannya:
  • Siapkan kulit lumpia secukupnya
  • Daging ayam rebus yang telah disuwir-suwir secukupnya
  • Rebung (diiris memanjang)
  • Bengkuang (diiris memanjang)
  • 3 siung bawang putih (diiris)
  • 5 siung bawang merah (diiris)
  • 1 sdt garam halus
  • 2 sdm gula
  • 1 sdm kecap manis
Cara Membuatnya:
  1. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga wangi lalu masukkan daging ayam, bengkuang dan rebung kemudian aduk hingga rata.
  2. Masukkan garam, gula, kecap lalu aduk kembali hingga rata lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
  3. Siapkan kulit lumpia kemudian ambil satu per satu lalu isi dengan bahan-bahan yang telah ditumis sebelumnya (usahakan mengisinya tidak terlalu penuh) lalu lipat kedua sisi kanan dan kiri kemudian gulung.
  4. Setelah itu siapkan penggorengan, panaskan minyak lalu goreng lumpia yang telah digulung tadi hingga matang atau berwarna coklat keemasan.
Untuk penyajiannya, beberapa orang menikmati dengan cabai rawit, tapi beberapa lainnya menggunakan saus sambal untuk menikmati lumpia kering ini. Tapi semuanya kembali kepada selera masing-masing.
