Ayam Kungpao

RESEP AYAM KUNG PAO

Ayam kung pao merupakan sajian tradisional masyarakat etnis tionghoa, yang sudah menjadi santapan nasional yang melebur dalam lidah masyarakat indonesia. berikut cara membuat ayam kungpao.
Bahan:
250 gr daging ayam, potong memanjang
20 gram (gr) bawang bombai, iris
50 gr paprika merah, kuning, dan hijau, potong memanjang
20 gr rebung, potong-potong
5 gr cabai kering, potong-potong
2 sendok makan (sdm) minyak sayur
2 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar
2 sdm saus tiram
1 sendok teh (sdt) angciu
1 sdt kecap ikan
¼ sdt lada bubuk
½ sdt garam
50 ml kaldu ayam
20 gr tepung sagu, larutkan dengan 2 sdm air
30 gr kacang mede goreng

Cara membuat:
ayam kungpao1. Panaskan minyak sayur, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai sampai matang dan harum. Masukkan ayam, masak sampai berubah warna.
2. Tambahkan paprika, rebung, cabai kering, saus tiram, angciu, kecap ikan, lada bubuk, dan garam, aduk rata, masak sebentar.
3. Tuang kaldu, masak sampai mendidih. Masukkan larutan tepung sagu, aduk rata, masak sampai mengental. Terakhir masukkan kacang mede, aduk rata. Angkat dan sajikan hangat.

Ingredients: 
250 gr chicken meat, cut lengthwise 
20 grams (g) onions, sliced 
50 ounces red pepper, yellow, and green, cut lengthwise 
20 grams of bamboo shoots, cut into pieces 
5 grams of dried chilli, cut into pieces 
2 tablespoons (tbsp) vegetable oil 
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped 
2 tbsp oyster sauce 
1 teaspoon (tsp) angciu 
1 tsp fish sauce 
¼ tsp pepper powder 
½ tsp salt 
50 ml chicken stock 
20 gr sago flour, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water 
30 gr fried cashews 

How to make: 
1. Heat the vegetable oil, saute garlic and onions until soft and fragrant. Add chicken, cook until it changes color. 
2. Add peppers, bamboo shoots, dried chilli, oyster sauce, angciu, fish sauce, pepper powder, and salt, stir, and cook briefly. 
3. Pour broth, cook until boiling. Enter the solution of corn starch, stir, and cook until thickened. Latest enter cashews and stir well. Remove and serve warm.
