Cap Cay

Bahan
  • 1 buah wortel, iris tipis menyerong
  • 15 lembar kapri
  • 10 batang buncis, potong serong
  • 10 buah jagung muda/utri
  • 10 tangkai caisim
  • 100 gr bunga kol, petik kuntum
  • 50 gr jamur kuping, rendam dalam air panas, tiriskan
  • 2 batang sosis, potong2
  • 3 buah bakso sapi, iris
  • 3 buah bakso ikan, iris
  • 10 butir telur puyuh, rebus, kupas
  • 2 batang bawang daun, potong 3 cm
  • 1 sdt merica bubuk
  • 2 cm jahe, memarkan
  • 50 ml air
  • 1 sdm saus tiram
  • 1 sdt gula pasir
  • garam secukupnya
  • 1 sdm maizena, larutkan dalam sedikit air
  • 1 buah tomat merah matang, potong2
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 4 siung bawang merah
  • 2 sdm minyak sayur untuk menumis
Cara membuat
  1. Pisahkan sayur mudah layu dengan sulit layu
  2. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai harum
  3. Masukkan tomat, jahe, bakso, sosis, dan telur, aduk
  4. Masukkan air dan sayur sulit layu, aduk di atas api kecil sampai 1/2 layu
  5. Masukkan suas tiram, gula pasir, merica, dan garam, aduk rata
  6. Tambahkan sayur mudah layu dan bawang daun, aduk sampai layu
