Sapi Cah Kailan


Sapi Cah Kailan




Bahan-bahan:
  • 750 gr daging sapi has dalam, iris tipis melintang serat
  • 350 gr batang kailan muda, kupas, iris serong, rebus
  • 3 siung bawang putih, memarkan
  • 100 gr bawang bombay, iris melintang
  • 2 sendok makan kecap inggris
  • 1 sendok makan gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt soda kue
  • 5 sendok makan kecap ikan
  • 2 sendok makan minyak
  • 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
  • 2 sendok makan tepung maizena
  • 3 sendok makan air

Cara membuat:

1.     Campur soda kue, kecap ikan, merica bubuk, dan tepung maizena, aduk hingga rata, lalu masukkan daging sapi, aduk rata, biarkan selama 1 jam.
2.     Goreng daging sapi dalam wajan yang sudah diberi minyak hingga matang sekitar 3 menit, lalu tiriskan, sisihkan.
3.     Panaskan kembali minyak didalam wajan, lalu masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombay, tumis hingga layu.
4.     Masukkan kecap inggris, gula, garam dan air. Aduk rata, didihkan, lalu masukkan daging goreng tadi, aduk rata, masak hingga mendidih, angkat.
5.     Letakkan batang kailan yang telah direbus sebelumya di atas piring saji, lalu siramkan tumisan daging tadi diatasnya.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons water

How to make:

1. Mix the baking soda, fish sauce, pepper powder, and cornstarch, mix well, then enter the beef, stir, let stand for 1 hour.
2. Fried beef in a skillet that has been given oil until cooked about 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
3. Reheat the oil in a frying pan, and insert garlic and onions, saute until wilted.
4. Enter English sauce, sugar, salt and water. Stir well, bring to a boil, then enter the meat before cooking, stir, and cook until boiling, remove from heat.
5. Put kailan stems that had been previously boiled on a serving plate, then pour meat stir earlier thereon.
