Fu Yung Hai



Bahan :
- 5 butir telur bebek
- 3 siung bawang putih, cincang
- 1 sdt garam
- 1 sdt merica bubuk
- 1 butir (50 gram) bawang bombai, cincang
- 75 gram udang, seduh air mendidih, kupas, cincang
- 100 gram daging kepiting
- 50 gram kacang polong kalengan
- minyak untuk menggoreng
Saus :
- 1 sdm margarin, untuk menumis
- 2 siung bawang putih, memarkan
- 2 buah cabai merah, buang bijinya, iris tipis panjang 3 cm
- 2 cm jahe, iris tipis panjang
- 50 gram wortel, iris bentuk batang korek api
- 1 batang daun bawang, iris tipis serong
- 200 ml air
- 1 buah kaldu blok ayam
- 5 sdm saus tomat
- 1 sdt cuka
- 1 sdt garam
- 2 sdt gula pasir
- 1 sdt tepung kanji, larutkan dalam sedikit air
Cara membuat fuyunghai:
1. Kocok telur bersama bawang putih, garam, dan merica. Masukkan bawang bombai, udang, dan daging kepiting, aduk hingga rata.
2. Goreng dalam minyak panas hingga adonan terendam. Setelah bagian bawahnya matang, balikkan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
3. Saus : Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan cabai, jahe, wortel dan daun bawang. Aduk sebentar, masukkan air dan kaldu blok. Masak hingga mendidih, tambahkan saus tomat, cuka, garam, gula pasir dan larutan kanji, aduk hingga mengental. Angkat.
4. Taruh dadar dalam piring saji. Tuangkan saus panas ke atasnya, taburi kacang polong.

How to make fuyunghai:
