Resep Bistik Daging

Resep Bistik Daging kali ini merupakan resep asli Keraton Yogyakarta. Bistik Daging adalah salah satu masakan favorit Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono VIII dan IX. Jangan bayangkan cita rasa steak dari hidangan ini. Cita rasa khas Jawa yaitu manis, terasa sangat kental dengan penggunaan kecap manis yang cukup banyak (bagi yang kurang suka cita rasa manis, pemakaian kecap bisa disesuaikan tergantung masing-masing selera). Bistik Daging ini biasanya disajikan bersama Ongklok Kentang (salah satu resep Keraton Yogyakarta).
Resep Bahan Bistik Daging :
- 250 gram daging cincang
- 4 butir telur
- garam secukupnya
- 3 sendok makan margarin
- 8 buah bawang merah, iris halus
- 300 cc kaldu
- 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
- 1/2 sendok teh pala bubuk
- 5 sendok makan kecap manis
- garam secukupnya
- Campur daging bersama telur dan garam, aduk rata. Tempatkan dalam pinggan tahan panas, lalu panggang dalam oven hingga matang.
- Saus : Panaskan margarin dalam wajan, tumis irisan bawang merah hingga harum. Masukkan kaldu. Tambahkan merica, pala, garam, dan kecap manis. Masak hingga mendidih. Angkat.
- Siram bistik daging cincang dengan sausnya. Hidangkan bersama Ongklok Kentang.

Java distinctive taste that is sweet, feels very thick with the use of soy sauce that is pretty much (for those who do not like the taste of sweet, soy consumption may be adjusted depending on individual taste). Meat steak is usually served with potatoes Ongklok (one recipe Sultan Palace).
Meat Beef Recipe Ingredients:
250 grams of minced meat
4 eggs
salt to taste
Beef Meat Sauce Recipe Ingredients:
3 tablespoons margarine
8 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
300 cc of broth
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
5 tablespoons soy sauce
salt to taste
How to Make Beef Meat:
Mix meat with egg and salt and stir well. Place in a heat resistant dish, then bake in the oven until cooked.
Sauce: Heat the margarine in a frying pan, saute sliced onion until fragrant. Add the stock. Add pepper, nutmeg, salt, and soy sauce. Cook until boiling. Lift.
Sprinkle steak mince with the sauce. Serve with Potato Ongklok.
