Bahan :
2 lonjor NGOHIONG, potong2
1/2 bawang bombay, iris tipis memanjang
2 buah cabe hijau besar, iris serong tipis
1 sdm minyak biji anggur
1 sdt kaldu bubuk
1 buah bunga pekak/star anis
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt kecap hitam premium Lee Kum Kee
1 sdm kecap manis
1,5 lt Air
Cara Membuat :
# Panaskan minyak biji anggur, tumis bawang bombay dan cabe hiaju sampai layu
# masukkan air, didihkan
# bumbui dengan kecap, kaldu dan saus tiram, bunga pekak
# masukkan ngohiang
# tunggu sampai bumbu terserap
# sajikan dengan taburan tomat, bawang goreng dan irisan daun bawang

1/2 onion, thinly sliced lengthwise
2 large pieces of green chillies, sliced thin oblique
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 teaspoon bouillon powder
1 piece deaf flower / star anise
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce Lee Kum Kee Premium
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1.5 lt Water
How to Make:
# Heat the grapeseed oil, saute onion and pepper until wilted
# Enter the water, bring to a boil
# Season with soy sauce, broth and oyster sauce, flowers deaf
# Enter ngohiong
# Wait until the spices are absorbed
# Serve with a sprinkling of tomatoes, fried onions and sliced green onion
