Babi Panggang ( Sio Bak )

Cara Membuat Babi Panggang ( Sio Bak )

Bahan :
½ kg daging babi yang agak berlemak
3 sendok makan kecap asin
4 sendok makan kecap manis
1 sendok teh soda kue
6 sendok makan air
2 sendok makan margarin
3 butir bawang merah, dihaluskan
Bumbu yang Dihaluskan :
2 sendok makan ketumbar
¼ sendok teh jintan
3 siung bawang putih
Cara Membuat :
  • Lumuri daging yang dibiarkan utuh dengan campuran kecap asin, soda kue, air dan bumbu yang dihaluskan. Diamkan selama 1-2 jam supaya bumbu meresap ke daging. Lebih enak lagi kalau daging dibiarkan di dalam lemari es semalaman.
  • Panggang daging di dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan dengan api kecil sambil dibolak-balik agar matangnya rata. Selama memanggang, olesi daging dengan adonan pengoles yang terbuat dari campuran margarin, bawang merah dan kecap manis.
  • Panggang daging sampai benar-benar matang. Biasanya kurang lebih 1 jam. Iris daging selagi masih panas lalu siap dihidangkan.
  • Daging ini enak dimakan dengan sambal kecap.
