Babi Hong

Resep Babi Hong


Bahan :
1 kg daging babi samcan/pork belly
1 bh juhi rendam air
10 bh hioko rendam air panas
50 gr udang kering rendam air panas
Bumbu haluskan :
3 bh bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
Bumbu lainnya:
3 sdm arak masak
3 sdm kecap asin
3 sdm kecap manis
3 sdm kecap jamur
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt sasa
1 sdt merica
1 sdt bumbu ngoh hiong
Bahan olesan kulit:
1 sdt cuka
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus babi sampai matang angkat, dinginkan.
2. Juhi dipotong setebal 1 1/2 cm
3. Hioko dipotong 4
4.Babi setelah dingin kulitnya ditusuk-tusuk dengan garpu beri
bahan olesan diamkan 15 menit.
5.Goreng babi dengan minyak banyak sampai kecoklatan, rendam
dalam air teh selama 1 jam, lalu potong sebesar 3 cm.
6.Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum masukkan hioko, juhi dan udang
kering masak setengah matang, masukkan daging tadi masak
sampai matang.Beri bumbu lainnya.
7.Masukkan 250 ml air masak sampai daging agak kering.
8.Tuang kemangkuk besar, tim selama 1 jam.


Recipe Pig Hong

material:
   Samcan 1 kg of pork / pork belly
   1 pcs Juhi water soak
   10 pcs hioko scalded
   50 ounces of hot water soak the dried shrimp
  
Spice puree:
    3 pcs shallots
    4 cloves of garlic
Other spices:
    3 tbsp cooking wine
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    3 tablespoons mushroom soy sauce
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp "sasa"
    1 tsp pepper
    1 teaspoon seasoning Ngoh hiong
Skin smear material:
    1 tsp vinegar
    1 tsp salt

How to make:
    1. Boil the pork until cooked remove and let cool.
    2. Juhi thick cut 1 1/2 cm
    3. Hioko cut 4
    4. Babi after cold skin pierced with a fork give
     let stand 15 minutes smear material.
    5. Fried pork with plenty of oil until browned, soak
     tea in water for 1 hour, then cut by 3 cm.
    6. Saute ground spices until fragrant enter hioko, Juhi and shrimp
     Dry cook half done, put the meat before cooking
     until cooked. Give other spices.
    7. Enter 250 ml of water to cook until the meat was a bit dry.
    8. Pour into a large bowl, the team for 1 hour
