Resep Membuat Tempe Bacem, Penyet, Mendoan


Resep Membuat Tempe Bacem

Bahan Membuat Tempe Bacem:

  • 2 papan tempe, dipotong ukuran 5x6 cm
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 1 potong lengkuas, memarkan
  • 500 cc air/air kelapa
  • 50 cc minyak goreng

Bumbu yang dihaluskan:

  • 1 sdt ketumbar
  • 5 siung bawang merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt asam
  • 1 sdm gula merah

Cara membuat:

  • air kelapa, daun salam, lengkuas dan bumbu halus dimasukkan ke dalam panci. aduk rata
  • masukkan tempe, rebus sampai airnya habis dan tempe matang
  • goreng tempe sampai matang

Recipes to Make Tempe Bacem

Creating materials Bacem Tempe:

2 boards tempeh, cut the size of 5x6 cm
2 bay leaves
1 piece ginger, crushed
500 cc of water / coconut water
50 cc cooking oil

Spices that are:

1 tsp coriander
5 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp acid
1 tablespoon brown sugar

How to make:

coconut water, bay leaves, ginger and spices put in the pot. stir
enter tempeh, boiled until the water out and cooked tempeh
tempe fry until cooked

OTAK-OTAK IKAN TENGGIRI



Bahan:
• 250 g daging tenggiri/kakap, haluskan
• 100 g tepung tapioka
• 100 cc santan dari 1/2 btr kelapa
• 1 putih telur
• 10 btg daun kucai, iris halus
• 1/2 sdt garam
• 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
• 1 sdt gula pasir
• daun pisang untuk bungkus
Cara membuat:
• Campur daging ikan, tepung tapioka, garam, gula, merica, gula dan santan jadi satu, aduk rata.
• Tambahkan putih telur dan daun kucai, aduk rata.
• Ambil 1-2 sdm adonan, gulung dengan
• selembar daun pisang, semat ujung2nya,
• panggang diatas bara api/ dalam oven
• dengan api atas sampai matang.
• Hidangkan dengan sambal kacang.
Sambal kacang:
• Haluskan 50 gr kemiri sangrai,
• 25 gram kacang goreng, 2 buah
• cabai merah, dan 5 buah cabai rawit,
• campur dengan 100 cc air matang, garam,
• gula pasir, dan cuka menurut selera

Ingredients: 
• 250 g beef fillet / snapper, puree 
• 100 g tapioca flour 
• 100 cc coconut milk from half coconut btr 
• 1 egg white 
• 10 stalk chives, finely sliced 
• 1/2 tsp salt 
• 1/2 tsp pepper 
• 1 tsp sugar 
• banana leaves to wrap 
How to make: 
• Mix the fish meat, tapioca flour, salt, sugar, pepper, sugar and coconut milk together, stir well. 
• Add the egg whites and chives leaves and stir well. 
• Take 1-2 tablespoon of dough, roll with 
• a piece of banana leaf, pin the edges, 
• roasted on a bonfire / in oven 
• with the fire until cooked. 
• Serve with peanut sauce. 
Peanut sauce: 
• Puree 50 ounces roasted hazelnut, 
• 25 grams of roasted peanuts, 2 pieces 
• red pepper, and cayenne pepper 5 pieces, 
• mixed with 100 cc of boiled water, salt, 
• sugar, and vinegar according to taste
